My Apps Dashboard - xAPPnow User Portal

 
 
The My Apps dialog of the xAPPnow User Portal contains the applications displayed as rows of icons with the name of the application and organized by groups that should be defined on Frontend Services.

The My Apps dialog displays the Frontend Service Models that were configured as Web App, Mobile App (PWA) and My Apps Function and that were published into the xAPPnow User Portal.
These applications must have an icon configured on TAB General, Sub TAB Model on xAPPnow Modeling Studio. The icon could be configured using the Select Icon dialog or selecting an icon previously added as a model attachment on TAB Attachment.

The order of the applications should be defined on the Frontend Services page. First Apps Groups should be created with a defined order. See Manage Groups.

Then the Group should be selected for each application on panel "Configuration - My Apps". And then the order of the application inside the group should be also defined.
The applications can be executed by an Internal User, by an External User or by a Guest User. To execute the application as an Internal User we have a validation related to groups. The domain administrator assigns the groups that will have access to the applications and based on this, if the internal user belongs to one of these groups, they will be able to see the application in the My Apps menu.
To execute the application by an External User or/and Guest User these options should be marked as true on General TAB of the model on Modeling Studio. See Advanced Model Properties.

Registration for an External User of an application can be done using the login page for applications or the External User can be created by the domain administrator using the Administration menu option.

To access the applications with a Guest User the url of the application should have the following format: https://<xAPPnow-server>/aup/guest/app/<app-alias>
