Training Assign User Portal Permissions

 
 

Overview

 
The goal of this topic is to train you in the assigment of Permissions in Camunda through User Portal. The User Portal domain administrator is the responsible of assign permissions to users.
 

Exercise

In this exercise you will assign some permisssions to a selected user. To start this training you must Log in into User Portal using credentials of the Domain Administrator.
 
 
Exercise 1: Assign permissions to a user
 
  • Step 1: Expand menu "Administration" to visualize all menu entries and select "Permission" to list all users.
  • Step 2: Select a user and click button "Permission" to open dialog "Menu Permission".

  • Step 3: Select roles from the list "Available Menu" and use buttons to add them to the list "Selected Menu". Select role and click button "Details" to open dialog "Role Functionalities".
