Login Dialog - xAPPnow User Portal

 
 
The following screenshot shows the login dialog, the first step to start using xAPPnow User Portal. To understand the management of user credentials and domains on xAPPnow User Portal see xAPPnow User Portal - Administration.

Select Language

1. Select Language
Use this option to select the language to work with User Portal.

Enter User

2. Enter User
Enter the username to login on User Portal.

Enter Password

3. Enter Password
Enter the password for the specified username.

Enter Domain

4. Enter Domain
Enter the corresponding domain for the specified user. In case of system administrator no domain is needed

Select option Keep logged in

5. Select option Keep logged in
Check this to stay logged in the system. By default is not selected and the user will be automatically logged out if no activity is executed during 30 minutes

Click Login

6. Click Login
Press this option in order to access User Portal with the credentials previously specified.

Click Forgot Password

7. Click Forgot Password
Press this option to access the dialog to recover the password. See topic Forgot password
