Process Administration Dialog - xAPPnow User Portal

 
This "Processes" dialog of the xAPPnow User Portal displays the list of business processes that were published from xAPPnow Modeling Studio. This page allows to start a selected process by click on "Start" button or double click over the process. After the process is correctly started a confirmation message is displayed.
 
The table displays the following properties:
 
  • Name: the business process model name on xAPPnow Modeling Studio.
  • Project: the Project name that contains the selected business process model.
  • Model: the model path starting with the level, and then the folder name and finally the model name.
  • Publish Date: displays the date when the process was published on xAPPnow Modeling Studio. This field allows to order the process according to the last published process.
  • Version: every time the process is published the version number increase.
  • Description: an optional field. The description is entered on the "Description" TAB of the model in xAPPnow Modeling Studio.

Model name

1. Model name
This is the business process model name on xAPPnow Modeling Studio.

Project name

2. Project name
The Project name that contains the Business Process model.

Model path

The model path starting with the level, and then the folder name and finally the model name.

Publish Date

4. Publish Date
Displays the date when the process was published on xAPPnow Modeling Studio. This field allows to order the process according to the last published process.

Model version

5. Model version
Every time the process is published the version number increase.

Description

This is an optional field. The description is entered on "Description" editor for the model on the "Description" TAB.

Select a process and click button "Start".
