BPMN Advanced Training: Exclusive Gateway
This low-code tutorial demonstrates the usage of a BPMN Exclusive Gateway, where the flow containing satisfied condition are followed. In the following sample the registration request is denied in case the user has less than 18 years (first flow) or more than 60 years (second flow), otherwise the request is approved (default flow). It consists of one business processes, called "UserRegistration" which execute the following process steps:

The “UserRegistration” process uses an Exclusive Gateway. In the first flow if the user has less than 18 years the request registration status is set as DENIED.

In second flow if the user has more than 60 years the the request registration status is set as DENIED.

If any of the above conditions are not True, in the default flow (third flow) the registration request is APPROVED.
