Error Objects - xAPPnow Low Code Platform

 
The Business Object Model of the xAPPnow Low Code Platform provides a palette with predefined Error Object types. The attributes of such Error Objects cannot be modified. Each of the Error Object has be used in comination with the corresponding Error Definition. The Error Objects can be mapped directly to the corresponding connector and afterwards used like any other Business Object, e.g. to display the error details in a User Page.
 
All errors share the following properties:
 
  • isBusinessError: Boolean to specify if the error can be handled as a Business Error (= Business Exception) or Technical Error (= Technical Exception).
  • errorCode: The unique error code to exactly identify the exception.
  • errorDetail: Details about the error, e.g. the stacktrace.
  • errorCategory: The error category the error belongs to.
