BPMN Send Task - xAPPnow Low Code Platform
This topic describes the Implementation TAB used for the configuration of the BPMN Send Task element.
The BPMN Send Task element of the xAPPnow Low Code Platform has the following SubTABs for programming and configuration.
A BPMN Send Task is used to send messages to other processes or emails to users. This task is marked with a small gray letter icon in the upper left corner. For the visualization of the message flows, the BPMN Send Task may draw a Message Send Flow, which is connected to the message recipient, e.g. a collapsed pool. A BPMN Message is unicast, that means a message is consumed by its receiver and therefore each message ID can only be used inside one Process Definition as recipient. In contrary, the message ID can be used to send messages from different process definitions and instances.
