Basic Training - Entity Relationship Model (ERM)

 
 

Chapter Overview

 
The entity relationship model provides the standard modeling of an external database including enhancements for low code development, which will be explained in the Advanced Training. You also can use an ERM to create and update a database.
 
 
Exercise 1: Understanding Entity Relationship Model
 
  • Step 1: Double click at entity relationship model "Automation/Data Object/NextPleaseDB/Common/ERM" in the model tree to open the model
  • Step 2: Get familiar with the model elements of an entity relationship model and association types
